SUMMARY: This is a nice xxxx model year coach. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in cockpit, living, bathroom, lavatory and bedroom all appears to be in "like new" condition and currently has plastic runners in place. Wood flooring in kitchen and dining area appears to be in very good condition. Corian-style counter tops in kitchen appear to be in good condition. Cabinets throughout all look good and open and close properly. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Wood panel wall in bedroom near TV cabinet has a small puncture hole. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece windshield does have a couple minor cracks. All other windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, television, and generator. I did not see a washer/dryer hook-up in this coach.
