SUMMARY: This is a nice Fifth Wheel is features two slide outs and it is Clean inside and out. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet flooring in living, dining and bedroom areas appear to be in good condition. Wood-like flooring at entry and in Kitchen appear to be in good condition. Laminate flooring in Bathroom appears to be in good condition. Corian-style counter tops in kitchen appear to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used fifth wheel, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all look good and open and close properly. All windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: water pump, lp leak detector, stove top & oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater and televisions.
